The pillows feel lovely when plumped however go completely flat after a short while of lying on them. I like a flat pillow and usually only use one, using one of these gave me neck ache after two nights of use. Have reverted to my old one while looking for new ones. Wish I could return.

No filling, go flat and limp within a day or two. This experience makes me hesitant to spend more on a so called quality pillow. The "cheapening"; I used to own M&S pillows that lasted a few years however there is no profit in that business model anymore.

These pillows are extremely thin and squash down to almost paper thin when you put your head on them. Wouldn’t recommend or buy again. Disappointing.

Bought exactly the same filling content and medium firmness a couple of years ago. Loved them so bought 2 more. These are soft at best and limp. Once opened to check firmness, cannot return. Should have listened to other similar reviews 😣
