Guys I am normally a size 7 all my trainers are size 7 but these I got 7.5 and it’s soo tight! I couldn’t exchange as I personalised them. But please if ordering online go in store and try them on and walk around first! I don’t even know if size 8 will fit!! So painful when wearing as they’re so tight and my toe is right at the front!

Great speedy training shoe! Not the most secure foot so would suggest something with more stability for longer easy runs, but all in all I love this shoe! I don’t have any carbons and so I raced my recent half marathon in these and went very well!
