The cake was fantastic, hence the 5 star review. However, the customer service in your Cumbernauld store was atrocious. The staff member who was "helping" me was not only incredibly unhelpful but also verging on rude and condescending.

Ordered this cake for my sons birthday, as he loves chocolate. We were not disappointed it arrived on time, boxed well with instructions on how to keep. The cake looked nice but it wasn’t a perfect cake shape. It was tilted a bit like a leaning tower, I’m unsure if it was to do with the height. This made it a bit tricky to cut even portions. That said everyone enjoyed the flavour, it cut 16 small slices.
