No, I don't recommend this
I’ve bought these jeans for a number of years and loved them but they have changed. The high waist for a shorter person lands just under your ribcage and if you don’t pull them up high they are about 2 inches below where they should be. Really disappointing.

I love the weight feel of the denim these jeans are made from. The sit nice and high, fit so well and are super comfortable. They're not my usual style but I'm very happy with them and will happily get them again

Slightly odd fit

When they say high rise, they weren’t lying! Whilst these are perfect under a jumper for the chilly winter months, the very high rise fit might not be to everyone’s liking. I liked the thickness of the fabric and the long leg was perfect for my 5’ 8” frame. I like them, but wouldn’t say they were my favourite jeans, especially as they did seem a touch on the smaller side.

I like high rise jeans but these were far too long in the body. The crotch was 2" below where it should be. Quite long for a regular length but the colour and softness of the denim was lovely. Have returned.

Best jeans ever
This is my 6th pair of Eva jeans, love them. I am 5 ft 8 and 60kg so the size 10 long are a perfect fit. I love the boitcut style and the added stretch, they wash really well too. I think I preferred the standard rise or I just need to get used to the high rise version.

Sizing is out

These are a really good shape and look great- when I finally get them on. I find that M&S trouser sizing is very inconsistent lately . I am usually an 8, can get into a 6 , bought an 8, but struggled to fasten these round the waist. Hips are fine. Ended up lying on my back as in my teen years, forcing zip up. V uncomfy for about an hour but then they seemed to weld to me and are fine now. Am a bit worried about what they’ll like after washing , probably back to lying down!!

Love the high rise waist
A lovely fit and the high rise is perfect to prevent ‘muffin top’ which is a problem with many jeans. The only problem was the buttonhole was too small - I had to enlarge it to get them undone when they were delivered.
