designed for a contortionist
Very difficult to put on and take off, but once there it is supremely comfortable. It was suggested as useful by a breast cancer group, and I agree to a certain extent. I have now inserted the M&S Post Surgery breast form into the cup via the small aperture, and it stays there. But sadly, as with all other bras I do find my remaining breast falls out when I am bending down gardening.

Better than a regular bra
Comfortable and gives a natural yet supportive look. Wouldn't go back to wearing a normal bra. Would have given 5 stars if price was a bit lower

Very comfy and good for the bigger chested lady.
Very comfortable soft bra which is surprisingly quite supportive. I'm 49, a size 12 and 32FF. I really struggle with M and S bra sizing to be fair but got this in the size 14 F to G and it fits perfectly. Given I'm on the larger side of chest size I wouldn't exercise in it but I do find it supportive enough to wear out of the house and it does give a better shape than other soft bras I own. Although it doesn't give the same lift as an underwired it's not bad for a soft bra. Would highly recommend.
