The cushion in this style is ideal for my long runs. As someone whose feet constantly ache on longer runs these shoes help prevent that and allow me to feel fresh for longer!

It's well cushioned, which has been an absolute miracle for my plantar fasciitis, has a nice little roll to it if you want to run in it, has a nice wide toe box. Until I decided to retire it and use it only for walking, I used it for my long runs for marathon training. Such a fantastic shoe!
