I like the fine texture of the cord and the boot cut style. The material has a stretch in it so it is comfortable to wear. The length, short, is perfect for me as regular is always too long. They will be ideal to wear with my short boots for the winter. I am very happy with them.

Soft, richly-coloured flared cords with front patch pockets. Very reminiscent of similar ones I had in the 1970s. I am 5’5” and the regular length is perfect with a low-heeled boot. I’d say these cords are quite a generous fit - I’m usually a size 12-14 but the size 12 fit me really well. I’m so pleased with my purchase.

I’m very happy with these trousers, so comfortable, a lovey soft cord. The square pockets on the front of the trousers rather than at the sides take a bit of getting used to but give a more flattering shape. True to size

Great cords, lovely rich brown colour and cute style. One star deducted for enormous waist, rest of fit is good but I could fit three hands at the back. I’m still keeping because I can wear a belt and tops to cover the loose waist and everything else is great. This is the first time I’ve had this issue with M&S trousers.

These are extremely comfortable and the flare keeps me looking (fairly) slim. I bought the olive ones last year so was pleased to be able to buy brown this time. The only drawback is that ‘Short’ is still too long for me (just under 5ft 2) but they are not too difficult to shorten.
