I use these masks once a week. It gives my skin a real boost. Cheaper than a facial! I find it easy to use over night and I’m a side sleeper. If you have particularly long sharp fingernails you may struggle with the sheets but I’ve not had a problem. They dry overnight quite tight to the face but they aren’t uncomfortable.
