I’ve never had a bad suit from m&s. They’ve always seemed to use the best materials for the price with some of the newer ones being particularly good. I’ve found the materials that incorporate ‘stretch’ in the last decade or two are amazing for their resistance to creasing and longevity. I feel my latest acquisition being called “the ultimate suit” gives me the confidence to expect a long life. It has twin vents in the rear of the jacket where I usually prefer a single, central one, but I guess one can’t have everything. I am extremely pleased with the suit.

Good suit jacket. Colour matches the trousers. Bought the same size in two different colour ways expecting both to fit as it was my normal size. One of the colours fitted as normal but the other colour was too big in the jacket and too small in the trousers. This was quite surprising as normally M&S are good with sizing consistency.

The cream jacket my husband wanted was out of stock so this jacket was second choice. It fitted well as he is very slim and he liked the lightness and feel of the material. He wasn’t keen on the long reveres but decided to keep the jacket.

Bought this in the sale for my husband to wear to a wedding on one of the hottest days this summer. Perfect fit, extremely light weight and comfortable and loooked super smart. Did not crease or lose its shape. A great buy he was delighted with it and couldn’t believe the price. Fantastic value!

Bought this for a funeral - went for grey rather than black as thought I might get more wear out of it. I used to wear suits for work but haven’t bought one for a while since the dress code changed and wasn’t expecting too much for the money but it’s fantastic. Wore it all day in 30 degree heat and went back on the hanger looking like new. There is a slightly cheaper unlined version from M&S but I can’t it imagine it would hold up like this one 👏
