I saw these shoes instore but decided to buy them online. The shape is really stylish and are great quality. They are comfortable and the tie detail makes them stand out from other similar shoes. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't arrive in a shoe box, although the shoes instore were boxed. Overall though I'm pleased with them.

Bought both the black and beige in size 42. Beige a perfect fit but black returned as heel/ back depth about 0.5 cm shorter and kept slipping off my heel. Shame as a very elegant and comfortable pump with butter soft leather. Quality control is “off”.

This elusive product - not available in the shoe department for some reason - proved disappointing, especially as I have been looking for this shape of pump for a while. On arrival I was pleased with the soft leather and generally good fit, although the little bow tie was fiddly. I wore them on 4 indoor evenings, each time the bow had to be several times retied. Yesterday as I was putting them away I noticed the leather on one of the ties had completely split so they will be going back.
