Lovely rug.. badly packaged

The rug is lovely.. and feels plush and thick.. I couldn’t believe it was packed in a small box!! And not rolled like all other carpets I have bought.. the folds and creases are still slowly coming out after two weeks!

Lovely rug, seems good quality. Spoiled only by being delivered folded. Creases everywhere. Why fold up such a rug! They seem to have settled now but be aware.

Beautiful rug. I was very surprised when it was delivered in a box! When it was unfolded I was concerned about the creases, some have come out but there are still some visible and it’s been down two weeks now. Maybe you should think about rolling it up in future.
