Nice long winter coat

Beautiful coat
Looking for a good quality really long length black wool coat for some time and the prices have been eye watering until I spotted this one. Beautifully tailored, fits perfectly (size 14) the length is exactly right for me (5’8”) and superb quality. The cost reduced further by a 20% discount! My buy of the year. My only grumble is the buttonholes. Very difficult for arthritic fingers and a lot of your longstanding customers will be in the same boat as me M&S!

I have been searching for a smart winter coat for a long time! This coat is perfect! It hangs beautifully and is extremely well made. I actually sized down as I felt my normal coat size was a tad to loose/ relaxed fitting and sat wide on the shoulders. The size 10 fits me perfectly! I am so happy with my purchase and I know it will last me for a great number of years. A timeless classic!

This coat was exactly what I was looking for. Advertised as 70% wool, it was perfect. However the garment I received was only 38% wool and 48% polyester! For the same price is this an offence? Fraudulent mis-selling? It most certainly was not what I believed I was buying. I felt cheated and mis-sold. The coat was returned,

I wanted to love it but the fabric composition is not what is shown online - it’s actually nearly 50% polyester - so disappointing as you can feel it’s not a high wool percentage. The shape is lovely but not great value

A lovely long coat. Fabric is soft & warm. I prefer loose clothing so bought a size up. It wasn’t necessary as it’s cut to size with an allowance for a chunky winter woolly.

Lovely coat but fiddly buttons

I love the coat but buttons are on the inside and quite fiddly to do up so no good if you were having to take coat on and off for example if going out to dinner - I would choose a different coat as it’s too fiddly - took me 15 mins to do buttons up but probably get looser over time - coat is beautiful xx
